ARIVMI PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
Arivmi ("Arivmi," "we," "us," or "our") provides advertising and related business services to customers in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information through arivmi.com, inquiries, customer relationships, billing, applications, and customer materials used to perform our services.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@arivmi.com.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide. We receive names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry subjects, messages, and other information you provide through our website, email, or business communications.
Applications. Our application form collects names, email addresses, website or portfolio links, the position applied for, and cover-letter information. We also receive information applicants choose to include in communications with us.
Customer and billing records. We maintain customer names, billing addresses, contact details, service and invoice information, payment status, and related business records needed to administer services and billing.
Customer materials. We receive assets and information customers supply for their work, including brand materials, images, text, business details, and other content used to prepare advertising creative and copy. These materials may contain personal information.
Website information. Squarespace, our website host and analytics provider, automatically processes information such as IP addresses, browser, network and device details, referring pages, pages visited, interactions, and timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies support website operation and analytics. Embedded services may also receive technical information when their content loads or is used.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, government identification documents, medical information, or payment-card credentials, through ordinary inquiry forms or email.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to respond to inquiries; communicate with customers; provide and administer requested services; develop advertising creative and copy; manage billing, invoices and payments; consider applications; operate our website; understand site traffic; and address business, accounting, legal, security and dispute-related needs.
Arivmi obtains its own business through word of mouth and does not currently conduct promotional email or SMS campaigns. Replies to inquiries, service communications, invoices and payment-related messages are part of our ordinary business communications.
4. ADVERTISING ACCOUNTS AND CLIENT LEADS
We perform advertising services through clients' Google and Meta/Facebook advertising accounts. In our current workflow, clients receive and view the individual leads generated for their businesses. Arivmi does not receive or view those individual lead submissions or maintain a separate downloaded lead database. We access our business customers' details and relevant account or campaign information to provide our services.
Questions about information submitted directly to a client, including through that client's advertisements or lead forms, should be directed to that client. The client's privacy notice and the relevant platform notices describe that collection. Contact Arivmi for questions about information Arivmi itself handles.
5. AI-ASSISTED CREATIVE AND COPY
We use AI tools supplied by OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI (Grok) to help produce advertising creative, copy and related customer work. We sometimes submit customer-provided assets and information to these tools for that purpose. If those materials contain personal information, the relevant AI provider may process that information as part of providing the tool.
A provider's handling of submitted information depends on the product used, its applicable terms and privacy notices, and the account's settings. This policy does not promise that all AI providers apply identical retention or model-training practices. Use of AI tools remains subject to applicable law and any specific commitments in our customer agreements.
6. ACCESS, PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES
Authorized staff, contractors and service providers may access information in connection with their work for Arivmi. Providers used in our operations include:
Squarespace: website hosting, forms, visitor information and analytics. Form submitter information and submissions may also be stored within Squarespace.
Google/Gmail and Google Maps: receipt and storage of form messages, applications and business correspondence, and the map embedded on our contact page. Google may receive technical visitor information when that map loads or is used.
Intuit QuickBooks: billing, invoicing and associated customer records.
PayPal: payment services presented on our website and information processed in its payment flows.
Google and Meta/Facebook: client advertising-account administration and related service activity.
OpenAI, Anthropic and xAI: AI-assisted work described above.
We provide information to these services in connection with the functions they perform. Providers may process information on our behalf and, where applicable, for purposes described in their own terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries in which providers or people supporting our services operate.
We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to address fraud, protect rights or security, or resolve disputes.
Arivmi does not sell its customer contact lists or billing records as a business activity. Disclosures to the providers identified above support our operations and services.
7. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
This website uses Squarespace's hosting and built-in analytics. Necessary cookies support site operation and security, while analytics and performance cookies support traffic and activity measurement. Our advertising services for clients are separate from these website functions.
You can use browser settings to delete or limit cookies. Restricting cookies may affect site functionality and does not necessarily stop all technical information from being processed. We have not added a separate Arivmi-specific response to browser Do Not Track signals; the hosting platform and other providers may handle those signals through their own systems. Browser signals do not guarantee that all website data collection will stop. Any opt-out rights required by applicable law remain available.
Embedded Google Maps, payment services and linked external websites have their own information practices. Their notices also apply when they receive information through their services. Some third-party services may collect information about activity across websites, subject to their own notices and settings.

8. RETENTION
We retain customer billing, invoice and related records for business administration, accounting, tax, legal and dispute-related purposes. Ending a customer relationship does not automatically delete those records.
Inquiries, applications and correspondence are delivered to our email systems and are generally retained until manually deleted. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to those emails. Information may also remain in relevant provider systems according to the features and retention settings of those systems.
You may contact us about the information we retain. We will address requests as required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, maintain necessary business records or address claims.
9. SECURITY
We seek to protect personal information using safeguards appropriate to our operations and the information involved. We rely on hosted services for functions such as website operation, email and billing. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security. This statement does not limit any security obligations or remedies that apply under law.
10. PRIVACY REQUESTS AND CHOICES
Email info@arivmi.com with questions or requests concerning your personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. The availability and scope of these rights depend on your location, the circumstances and the law's applicability to Arivmi.
We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify a request. Legal exceptions may permit or require us to retain some records or decline part of a request. If you wish to appeal our decision, email the same address and identify the decision and reason for your appeal. Where applicable, you may also submit a complaint to your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
If you previously provided information and wish to ask about its use in AI-assisted customer work, contact us at the same address. We will consider the request and any rights that apply.
11. CHILDREN
Our website and services are directed to business customers and job applicants, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact info@arivmi.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action under applicable law.
12. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version with a revised date and provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by law. An update does not itself authorize new uses of previously collected information where additional notice or consent is required.
